Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VisionSoft Cloud, we pride ourselves on engineering excellence and a 99% client satisfaction track record. Because custom software engineering, web development, and digital marketing involve dedicated human engineering hours and immediate resource allocation, we maintain a clear, milestone-based Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Custom Web, Software (ERP/CRM) & AI Development Projects

• Before Project Kick-Off (Within 48 Hours of Booking): If you choose to cancel a project within 48 hours of making the initial advance payment—and before our discovery, wireframing, or server provisioning has commenced—you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus standard payment gateway transaction charges, if any).
• During Wireframing / UI Design Stage: If a cancellation request is made after discovery and UI/UX design work has begun but before backend coding starts, 50% of the initial advance is retained to cover design engineering hours, and the remaining 50% is refunded.
• After Milestone Approval & Development Commencement: Once you have approved the initial design/architecture and active software coding has commenced, milestone payments already paid are non-refundable, as they compensate for completed engineering sprints.
• Missed Delivery Guarantee: If VisionSoft Cloud fails to deliver the agreed core scope within the contracted grace period due to internal reasons (not caused by client content delays), the client is entitled to a pro-rata refund for undelivered modules.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO Monthly Retainers

• Monthly SEO and Performance Marketing retainers require NO long-term lock-in contracts—you may cancel future monthly renewals anytime by providing at least 7 days\' written notice prior to the next billing date.
• Retainer fees for the current active month (once ad campaigns, keyword audits, or content production have started) and third-party ad spend paid to Google/Meta are non-refundable.

3. Domain Names, Cloud Hosting & Third-Party Licenses

Payments made toward domain name registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated cloud VPS servers, and third-party API credits are paid directly to upstream infrastructure registrars and are non-refundable once provisioned.

4. AI Engineer & Full Stack Training / Internship Program

• 7-Day Risk-Free Trial / Batch Switch: Students who enroll in our Training & Internship program may request a 100% fee refund (minus ₹500 registration processing charge) within the first 7 days of batch commencement if they are unsatisfied with the mentorship quality, or switch to a future batch at zero extra cost.
• Refund requests made after completing more than 7 days of live classes and receiving proprietary project repositories will not be eligible for cash refunds, though batch deferral remains available.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please email contact@visionsoft.cloud with your Invoice Number / Enrollment ID and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original mode of payment (Bank NEFT/IMPS, UPI, or Card).
